Born into a family of pilots and love for aviation, he started working for his father's company, Hill Aviation, becoming a licensed pilot at an early age. After the business was sold, he co-founded ProPilot in 2000, now a leading company in the private jet business in Puerto Rico for over 20 years.
Tommy is an active pilot and businessman. While he continues to fly worldwide, including jets and helicopters, he is a true believer in customer service, providing his customers with seamless experiences both in the air and on the ground. He is involved in every aspect of business, taking care of special requirements for some of the most demanding clients. Understanding the value of service, he takes special care in training his pilots and staff to follow his unique personal style and attention to detail.
